APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OR RENEWAL

The Lake Windward Yacht Club provides a venue for lake related activities. The purpose of the club is to promote the use of the Lake through fun water activities and provide a venue for socializing with your neighbors. There are many events throughout the year, ashore and afloat, with emphasis on safety and fun. Expand your horizons and learn from others while on the water.

The club is open to all residents of the Lake Windward community, whether you own a boat or not. To become a member, there is a $25.00 initiation fee plus $50.00 annual membership fee to be remitted with this form. The fee entitles one household full membership (household is defined as all living under one roof). You will receive one club burgee (flag) with payment of your Initiation Fee. Please note: replacement burgees are $21.40 (includes tax). Please take good care of them.
